At Elivare, we do not offer exchanges, but customers may return eligible products according to the following policy:
What items are eligible or not eligible for return?
Eligible for Return:
Prescription and sunglasses not modified or customized, and without added prescription lenses or blue light filter lenses.
Not Eligible for Return:
Accessories, contact lenses (prescription or cosmetic), and lens solutions are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect or an error in the order from our side.
Products made to order or based on customer specifications are not returnable, unless they arrive with a defect or differ from the customer’s specifications.
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Conditions
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your eligible items, we’re happy to issue a full refund (minus shipping and return costs) within 2 days of receiving your order, provided all return conditions are met.
To request a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] within a maximum of 2 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, with all accessories and packaging intact.
You can return only once per order.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, and confirm that they meet the return conditions, the refund will be issued using the same payment method within up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
